Guided by the PRI disclosure framework, the Company has established a Responsible Investment Policy and Stewardship Policy (both available on our corporate website) seeking to integrate ESG issue into our investment decisions at every stage. Adhering to our Responsible Investment Guideline, we utilize practical ESG assessment tools and checklists to conduct the following practices:
Applies an exclusion screening criterion according to our Exclusion Statement (available in our Responsible Investment Policy), which bars the inclusion of tenants and issuers engaged in products and services that detrimental to society's well-being, such as tobacco manufacturing and gambling services.
Considers whether the property in consideration has been assessed for its vulnerability to climate and ESG risks, and the effectiveness of current adaptation measures and/or mitigation mechanisms.
Gauges the ESG performance of the property in consideration through benchmarking and considers future ESG enhancement feasibility in investment decisions.
