INVESTMENTS
The Investments team is responsible for driving the entire real estate investment process, from acquisition to divestment, including deal sourcing, negotiating, underwriting, due diligence, deal structuring, co-investment procuring, closing, and performing hold/sell analysis on all investment opportunities.
RESEARCH
The Research team supports the investment decision making process by taking into account macroeconomic and financial market conditions, and micro-market real estate demand and supply prospects.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Project Management team manages the entire real estate development process from inception to completion, which typically involves design, statutory submission, procurement, construction and handover. The team also focuses on different aspects such as environmental safety, cost and time control and quality control.
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
The Portfolio Management team is proactively involved in the business decisions of the Funds from an investor protection’s perspective, which includes certain aspects of the process of acquisition, disposition, leasing, capital needs, financing and risk management of the assets under management. In addition, the team also acts as a check-and-balance to ensure that investors’ investment needs and requirements are met.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
The Asset Management team drives the creative direction, marketing, sales and leasing programmes for all our projects.
FINANCE, LEGAL, TAX, RISK AND COMPLIANCE
The Finance, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams are responsible for structuring investment transactions, negotiating terms, tax planning, regulatory compliance, and managing and administrating each project company and fund, as well as managing capital inflows and outflows of all our investments.
INVESTOR RELATIONS
The Investor Relations team is responsible for all fundraising activities, maintaining relationships with Phoenix’s investors, investor enquiries, and providing full and accurate disclosure.
