Phoenix partnered with a Sydney eastern suburbs property developer
and luxury apartment builder to acquire two prime development
sites in the popular and sought-after city fringe suburb of
Woolloomooloo.
The acquisition comprises a significant circa 6,300 sq.m. site in
the Sydney city fringe with close proximity to transportation
hubs, retail amenity, and is located less than 1km from the Sydney
CBD. Upon completion the proposed residential and retail
development will enjoy unobstructed views toward the Sydney Opera
House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and the CBD. The project will yield
approximately 3,000 sq.m. of ground floor mixed-use amenity and
circa 200 high-end residential apartments.
