A new award-winning landmark residence in the upper Mid-levels of
Hong Kong, the first pure apartment building designed by Robert A.
M. Stern Architects in the city, achieved over 80% sales before
building completion.
Conduit Road has long enjoyed its reputation as a premier address
and a pre-eminent setting for some of the finest homes in Hong
Kong. Appreciating the rich history of this legendary location,
Phoenix invited the acclaimed New York firm Robert A. M. Stern
Architects, famous for creating some of the most valuable
properties in North America, to design this distinctive
residential property.
As in New York, Stern’s trademark grand design establishes a
stately presence for The Morgan at 31 Conduit Road, upper
Mid-levels. It now becomes a hallmark of contemporary classicism
and redefines luxury residences in Hong Kong.
The Morgan is a 28-storey tower with a distinctive podium facade
finished in limestone and a vertical green wall. A high-ceiling
entrance lobby, reminiscent of New York grandeur, and its
balconies and signature terraced set-backs give the building a
signature character.
The Morgan Club on the podium deck of the building has been
beautifully designed and elegantly styled to offer the residents
the ambiance of “Mansion Living”, with a comprehensive range of
indoor and outdoor facilities featuring a banquet room with a
dual-purpose kitchen, a 25-metre outdoor swimming pool, a fully
equipped gym and private garden.
The Morgan was awarded a ‘Gold Rating’ under Hong Kong Green
Building Council’s Beam Plus scheme.
The project was fully exited in 2019.
