The Peak Shinsaibashi is a 32 year-old 14-story Grade B office building in Shinsaibashi, Osaka, a famous commercial district in the city and an especially-popular major shopping area. The office is located within a short walking distance to Shinsaibashi Station and Nagahoribashi Station and is connected to both by an underground passage.

Phoenix’s investment strategy is to upgrade and modernise the building façade, entrance, elevator hall and other common areas and the ground floor retail area, which is currently used as a gas station. This first renovation for over 30 years will enable us to increase rents and also to improve the overall value of the property.

The deal was closed in October 2021 and completed by the end of March 2022.
