The Century Spire transaction is a secured mezzanine loan deal
involving a high-end 58-storey residential-cum-office tower which
is part of the larger Century City development located in a prime
urban area of Manila, Philippines.
Century City has eight buildings of different types, including
high-end and branded residences, a medical centre and a retail
shopping centre. Century Spire is the 7th building in the
eight-building “super block” development. The Tower is designed by
the master-architect Daniel Libeskind, the award-winning designer
of Reflections at Keppel Bay in Singapore. The interior design of
the residential units will be carried out by Armani/Casa.
