Phoenix is positive on the logistics sector in Japan, given the trend in e-commerce, and the undersupply of last-mile logistics assets in the country.
The program consists of 3 development:
  1. Kariya logistics development, Nagoya, Japan

    2. The subject is a site for modern logistics development in Kariya, Greater Nagoya. The proposed development is a 4-story Grade A modern logistics facility with a total GFA of 20,000 sqm. The site is located in a key logistics area, within 35 and 45mins drive to Toyota and Nagoya CBD.

  2. Shikahama Logistics Development, Tokyo, Japan

    3. The development is a 5-story modern logistics building with a total GFA of 3,209 sq. m. The site is located in Adachi ward, one of the Grade A logistics hubs in Tokyo’s 23 ward, within 25 mins drive to Tokyo station.

  3. Inuyama Logistics Development, Nagoya, Japan

    4. This is a land site for modern logistics development located in Inuyama city, one of the Grade A logistics areas in Greater Nagoya within 35 mins drive to Nagoya CBD. Our plan is to develop a 4-story Grade A logistics building with a total GFA of 10,600 sqm.


The abovementioned deals were closed in late February 2021, while the design work and building plan application of each development are under way, which are expected to be completed by 2023.
