earlier-than-planned exit of this valuable Hong Kong Island site.
Strategically located between the dynamic business districts of
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, 232 Wan Chai Road was designed to bring
8,080 sq.m. of a new Grade-A and exclusive retail space to this
traditional area. The planned development is close to the popular
Times Square shopping mall.
It was originally our intention to redevelop the site and exit
after completion, but substantial market interest in a purchase of
the site ‘as-is’ allowed us the opportunity to capitalise on our
investment and realise a higher return in the short term.
